2025 Shen Long Day

After a long 5-year hiatus, we were excited to host Shen Long Day this spring. This celebration allows students of all levels to train together and participate in discussions and community. As we celebrate the Shen Long T’ai Chi Ch’uan Association, we share in the friendship brought about by our common interest and participation in Shen Long T’ai Chi Ch’uan. It was a wonderful afternoon–long over due.

TaLu-Lollapalooza-2024

We spent the summer classes practices the Form, of course, but also learned the basics of TaLu, a two person practice, ending the session with a TaLu-Lollapalooza. We had a lot of fun this summer!

International Conference in Taiwan-2024

In March 2024, five of us, Sifu Kevin, David, Pam, Ruth, and Sharry, traveled to Taiwan to take part in the International Conference. We spent 6 days with lots of hands on instruction of our Shen Long Taiji Quan. It was wonderful to be together again with 92 of our brothers and sisters from all over the world.
