Traditional Tai Chi Chuan offered in Saint Cloud, FL, is taught by Sifu David Lewis who is the Central Florida representative for Shen Long Tai Chi Chuan Association under late Grandmaster Wu Kuo-Chung. Sifu Lewis has over 30 years experience teaching in the martial arts. His approach to teaching T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a step-by-step method that makes it easier for the practitioner to learn and retain their knowledge.

Beginners class
