Wednesdays, 8:00-9:00 p.m., Pam Hultgren, instructor


The advanced class is for students who have learned the complete 37-posture T’ai Chi Ch’uan Form. While we continue to practice, train, correct, and refine all that we have learned to this point, we also introduce new exercises as we explore two-person practice with a focus on being and remaining rooted and “listening energy.”
